Bottling Viognier at BookCliff Vineyards

We had a lot of fun bottling 2004 Viognier to get ready for the Boulder Revel. Everyone worked hard from 12:00pm to 6:00pm, but we got it all done. We were ready for the buffallo stew and Syrah tasting.

Cabernet Franc and Chocolate
Topic: Wine and Food Pairing
We had a lot of fun at the Belvedere Belgian Chocolate shop tasting and pairing our wines with different chocolates. The Cabernet Franc Reserve is a good match with the Tea and the plain 70% dark chocolate. What do you think? What combinations work for you?
